What's your refund and warranty policy?

You can return or exchange your item within 65 days from the date that you receive your order, in case you are unsatisfied with the product for any reason.

We offer an extended 2-year limited warranty from the date of your purchase. This warranty strictly does not cover damages that resulted from carelessness, misuse, wear and tear, or not following product instructions (dropping the product, etc.).

How long will my order take to ship?

All US orders are shipped within 12 hrs, from our Fulfilment center in Pennsylvania. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation mail with your tracking number.

Domestic Orders:

Free Standard US Shipping: 2 to 4 days
Orders placed before 12 pm Eastern ship the same business day

Express US Shipping: 1 to 2 days (+ $7.99)
Orders placed before 1 pm Eastern ship the same business day

International Orders: Please allow 8 to 15 days (+ $14.99)

Can I cancel my order once it has been shipped?

Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel an order if it has already been shipped. However, you can return the package to us after it has been received. It should be returned unopened within 14 days. Please include your name, order number, and reason for the return on the package or box.

Can I track my order?

The moment your order is shipped out, we will email you your tracking number. 

How much sales tax will I need to pay?

Prices on Body Coach™ merchandise include all taxes for deliveries to the US, UK, AU, and EU countries. For shipments to other countries, the customer is responsible for the payment of any taxes as required by each country’s regulations.

Will I have to pay any customs or duty fees on my order?

Please be aware that all orders placed outside the US, UK, AU, and EU countries may be subject to additional import taxes once the order reaches its designated country. As we have no control over these charges, we are not responsible for any taxes on orders placed from outside the US, UK, AU, and EU countries.

Will my credit card information be stored?

To safeguard your security, Body Coach™ does not store any credit card details. If you are uncomfortable providing your credit card details online, please fill out the Contact Form and we will offer you an alternative payment method. Online purchases will be charged to your credit card or PayPal account when you submit your order. However, the transaction will only be put through once we have verified your payment details, received credit authorization, and confirmed the availability of stock. You will be notified by email if for any reason we are unable to complete your order.
