All US orders are being shipped within 12 hrs, from our Fulfilment Center located in Pennsylvania.
Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation mail with your tracking number.

Free Standard US Shipping: 3 to 4 days
Orders placed before 12 pm Eastern ship the same business day
Express US Shipping: 1 to 2 days (+ $7.99)
Orders placed before 1 pm Eastern ship the same business day
Standard International 6 to 12 days (+ $12.99)

You can return or exchange your item within 65 days from the date that you receive your order, in case you are unsatisfied with the product for any reason. We offer a 1-year limited warranty from the date of your purchase. This warranty strictly does not cover damages that resulted from carelessness, misuse, wear and tear, or not following product instructions (dropping the product, etc.).

Prices on Body Coach™ products include all taxes for deliveries to the US, Canada, UK, AU, and EU countries. For shipments to other countries, the customer is responsible for the payment of any taxes as required by each country’s regulations.
To safeguard your security, Body Coach™ does not store any credit card details. Online purchases will be charged to your credit card or PayPal account when you submit your order. However, the transaction will only be put through once we have verified your payment details, received credit authorization, and confirmed the availability of stock. You will be notified by email if for any reason we are unable to complete your order.
